Article 3 The applicants for special funds for intellectual property rights shall be enterprises and public institutions, social organizations, non-profit research institutions (hereinafter referred to as "units") registered in Zhenjiang New District, and individuals with Zhenjiang New District household registration or residence permit. Article X External Patent Licensing

Chapter VIII Declaration Procedures and Requirements

Chapter X Supervision and Management

Chapter XI Supplementary Provisions
