To comprehensively strengthen the investment promotion team and elevate the city’s investment promotion efforts to a new level, Tieli City held a specialized training session on investment promotion on October 15. Li Changqing, a senior lecturer at Guichuan University, was invited to deliver the lecture. A total of 136 participants from various departments, including the Tieli Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Investment Promotion Service Center, the Tieli Economic Development Zone, the Shuangfeng Industrial Park, and the Business Environment Bureau, attended the training session.
During the training session, Mr. Li Changqing delivered a lecture titled “Identifying, Evaluating, and Following Up on Investment Projects.” The course focused on four key areas: common methods for obtaining project information, an analysis of “Internet Plus Investment Promotion” applications, project evaluation, and project follow-up procedures.
Drawing on his extensive experience in investment promotion, Mr. Li addressed key challenges in the field . He provided practical insights for investment promotion professionals on effectively screening project information, mastering telephone communication techniques, and leveraging internet tools to enhance investment promotion efficiency. Additionally, through a detailed analysis of successful project cases from Guchuan United, he provided clear and accessible insights into challenges encountered during the practical implementation of investment promotion, offering corresponding solutions to help participants achieve the training’s objective of “reflecting while acting, and advancing through understanding.”
Projects serve as the “lifeblood” for strengthening the city’s industries and achieving high-quality development. This training, centered on project identification, not only equipped investment promotion professionals with practical skills but also provided Tieli City with pragmatic and efficient methodologies and approaches for investment attraction. At the same time, it deepened participants’ understanding of the essence of the principle that “no detail is too small in investment promotion; professionalism is evident in the minutiae,” thereby heightening their attention to detail.
In recent years, Tieli City has grounded its efforts in reality while maintaining a long-term perspective, implementing multiple measures to deeply explore local distinctive resources and accelerate the pace of industrial development. During this training session, Zhang Jie, General Manager of GuChuan United’s Tianjin office, exchanged views with Tieli City leaders on matters related to investment cooperation. They discussed recent progress in investment promotion work and communicated future directions, thereby building momentum for Tieli City to secure stable and effective investment and drive high-quality economic development.
