XI. Cooperation matters

16.1 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of China.

All notices under this Agreement may be given by means of a notice on an important page, by e-mail or by regular mail transmission; such notice shall be deemed to have reached the addressee on the day it is sent.

18.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and other related matters and confers no rights on the parties hereto other than as provided herein.

18.2 If any provision of this Agreement is for any reason invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
