Article 7 Century Group, Venture Capital Group and the relevant enterprises to submit the transfer of technology business incubators to be divided into transfer program, the program should be jointly examined by the relevant departments, in line with the regulations and then reported to the management committee of the opening area of the Director's Office for approval.

Article 8: The registration of real estate transfer of technology business incubator properties shall be handled by the window of the Real Estate Registration Hall of the Natural Resources and Planning Sub-bureau of the Office of the One-Stop Service Director

If the transfer conditions are met, based on the joint application of the transferor and the transferee, the Real Estate Registration Window of the Natural Resources and Planning Sub-bureau of the One-Stop Service Hall of the Economic Development Zone shall handle the transfer of house ownership in accordance with the provisions of the Measures, and the registration shall be carried out in accordance with the floor area in the approved incubator real estate transfer program. The land use right is shared by the transferor and the transferee.

Article 9 in the transfer of property registration in addition to the submission of laws and regulations for real estate registration information, the following materials should be submitted:

(a) natural resources and planning departments approved by the division of science and technology incubators program and planning drawings;

Article 12 Century Group, Venture Capital Group and related companies in accordance with the relevant provisions of the regular supervision and inspection of the use of science and technology business incubators, such as violations of timely report to the relevant functional departments.

Article 13 of the Development Zone, the relevant functional departments should play their respective roles in unauthorized changes in the use of science and technology business incubators, such as illegal, irregular behavior in accordance with the law.
