Recently , GuChuan United officially signed a cooperation agreement with the Shenze Economic Development Zone in Hebei Province, establishing a partnership for investment promotion. The upcoming opening of the Tianjin-Shijiazhuang Expressway by the end of the year will enable travel to Zhengding Airport in half an hour, to Xiong’an in one hour, and to Beijing in two hours, highlighting the county’s significant geographical and transportation advantages.

In recent years, the Shenze County Party Committee and County Government have vigorously pursued investment promotion and project development, maintaining a firm focus on industry as their primary strategic direction. This has fostered a favorable environment where emerging and traditional industries thrive side by side.

Dual-Engine Drive, Industrial Chain Momentum

The Hebei Shenze Economic Development Zone is a provincial-level economic development zone and one of the “Two Zones and Three Parks” within the Shijiazhuang National Bio-industry Base. With a total planned area of 16.14 square kilometers, 6.45 square kilometers have been developed to date . The zone currently hosts 119 industrial enterprises, focusing on the development of biopharmaceuticals, equipment manufacturing, new materials, and chemical industries.

In the new materials sector, Shenke Building Materials stands out, with its products included in the catalog of building materials approved for use in the Xiongan New Area.

In the chemical industry, the park has formed distinctive industrial clusters including Huayun Hongye, Lvfeng Chemical, Jinhao Renewable Resources, and Xianliqun Environmental Protection. In the equipment manufacturing sector, leading enterprises such as Nonghaha Machinery Group, Shengchi Auto Parts, and Lize Auto Parts play a dominant role, striving to stimulate synergy among multiple enterprises to jointly drive the coordinated advancement of Shenze’s industries.

High-Efficiency Services, Enhancing the Business Environment

To seize the major historical opportunity presented by the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Shenze County has continuously optimized its business environment and introduced a number of preferential policies. For major industrial projects, the county implements a “case-by-case review and special handling for special cases” approach, creating the “optimal environment” for investment promotion through improvements in infrastructure, approval services, and talent recruitment.

Adhering to the principles of minimal approval steps, streamlined procedures, rapid processing, low costs, and superior service, Shenze County took the lead in Shijiazhuang by establishing an Administrative Approval Bureau . It has compiled and distributed a county-wide directory of administrative permits and a “one-visit-only” service list, while simultaneously building an “Internet Plus Government Services” platform and setting up government service stations in every administrative village across the county.

At the signing ceremony, both parties expressed great optimism about this collaboration, noting that it will undoubtedly inject new vitality into the investment promotion efforts of the Shenze Economic Development Zone.
