The construction and planning departments shall strengthen the supervision of the construction planning of gas stations, and shall not apply for planning and construction formalities for those without license or permit. Quality inspection departments should strengthen the supervision of gasoline dispenser explosion-proof facilities and metering supervision and inspection, and resolutely crack down on the quality of refined oil operations, metering cheating and other illegal acts. The tax department should strengthen the gas station tax inspection, crack down on tax evasion violations.
