Park Overview
The Chongqing Jianqiao Industrial Park is located in Dadukou District, Chongqing, on the banks of the Yangtze River. It boasts excellent accessibility, with Chongqing West Railway Station just 10 minutes away, the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government 20 minutes away, and Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport approximately 40 minutes by car.
Leveraging the Chongqing Ring Expressway, the Chongqing Inner Ring Expressway, Metro Lines 2, 5, and 18, the “Seven Vertical and Seven Horizontal” expressway network, and eight newly added access roads to the park, a comprehensive transportation network has been established. A rail freight loading and unloading station is currently under construction within the park, and it offers convenient access to major ports such as Tuanjie Village, Guoyuan Port, and Luohuang Port, ensuring excellent cargo accessibility.
The park has a planned area of 11.5288 square kilometers, with 8.5116 square kilometers of industrial land already allocated and 3.0172 square kilometers of undeveloped land. The expansion zone covers 7.03 square kilometers.
The park focuses on developing emerging industries such as big data and intelligent technologies, ecological conservation, and health and biopharmaceuticals, aiming to build an eco-friendly, multi-dimensional industrial new town and an industrial cluster within the High-Tech Zone. The park is implementing a three-year action plan for industrial cultivation, focusing on clustering, scaling up, and extending industrial chains. By leveraging existing large state-owned enterprises, it aims to build an advanced base for new materials and equipment manufacturing. Concurrently, the park is developing zones for major project hosting, SME clustering, innovation and R&D, and industry-city integration services. These efforts will provide robust spatial capacity to support the sustained and healthy development of the district’s industrial economy.
