Bao Ding Town, belonging to Chongqing Dazu District, is located in the northeast border of Dazu District, east of Huilong Town, south of Tongxiang Street, west of Zhong Ao Town, north of Tongliang District border, from Dazu District People's Government Resident 7 kilometers, a total area of 63.78 square kilometers. In the 17th year of the Republic of China (1928), the territory of Baoding Township was divided into Huilong Township and Xiangshan Township; in 1993, it was changed from Baoding Township to Baoding Township. As of the end of 2018, the household population of Baoding Town was 31,738.
