The facilities feature a locomotive-style reinforced concrete structure with a rational integrated production and office layout, and the standalone buildings offer superior space utilization.

The steel-structured production area has a ceiling height of 11 meters, while the frame-style office area spans two stories, with a ceiling height of 8.1 meters on the first floor and 3.9 meters on the second floor.
