According to the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, Regulations on Patent Promotion and Protection of Chongqing Municipality and other relevant regulations, combined with the actual situation of Chongqing Hi-Tech Zone, this policy is formulated.
Article 2 The intellectual property rights referred to in this policy refer to patent rights and trademark rights.
Article 3 This policy applies to enterprises, public institutions and social organizations (hereinafter collectively referred to as "units") established in accordance with the law in the area of Chongqing Hi-Tech Zone.
Article 4 The funding and incentives referred to in this policy refers to the special funds for intellectual property rights that are arranged by the Administrative Committee of Chongqing Hi-Tech Zone for the purpose of constructing a national demonstration park for the construction of a strong intellectual property right, and for the promotion of the development of innovation subjects and intellectual property services in the zone. The funding is mainly used for projects above the municipal level, as well as funding for the creation, protection, utilization, management and financial services of intellectual property rights; and the incentive funds are mainly used for the rewards of various intellectual property awards specified in this policy.
Article 5 The funding and incentive funds stipulated in this policy follow the principle of one-time funding and incentive.
Article 6 The funds required by this policy are included in the annual budget of the intellectual property management department. The organization and implementation of the payment of funds is the responsibility of the intellectual property management department of Chongqing Hi-tech Zone.
Chapter II High-quality Creation of Intellectual Property Rights

Article XIII of the intellectual property rights defense funding
Support units to carry out intellectual property rights defense, the verified cost of the rights defense expenditure, according to the actual cost of the year 100% of the standard to be funded. (d) to encourage intellectual property operation service institutions to carry out intellectual property operation activities, hosting, buyout, licensing and other ways to store intellectual property rights, and comprehensive use of transfer, licensing, auction, share price, pledge financing, securitization, investment and financing and other forms of promotion of intellectual property rights to realize the commercial value of the operation of the outstanding results of the operation of intellectual property service institutions will be given a grant. According to the operation performance, the IPR operation service organization will be granted a subsidy of 2% of the operation amount, and the annual subsidy amount for the same organization shall not exceed RMB 500,000 yuan. The total amount of operating performance funding is not more than 1 million yuan per year, and if more than one applicant unit meets the funding conditions and exceeds 1 million yuan, the amount of funding will be determined proportionally.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 26 The declaring unit shall be responsible for the truthfulness, legality, accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Where falsehoods are taken to obtain funding and proven to be true, cancel the declaration of eligibility, terminate the funding, has been funded by the intellectual property management department in conjunction with the financial, public security and other departments to recover the financial funds allocated, constituting a crime, transferred to the judicial organs.

Article 28 The administrative committee of Chongqing Hi-Tech Zone shall support the transaction, transformation and application of major intellectual property rights in a "case by case" manner.
Article 29 All the currencies of subsidies and incentives involved in this policy are in RMB, and the term "no more than" in this policy includes this number.
Article 30 If this policy is duplicated or similar to other policies of Chongqing Hi-Tech Zone, it will not be repeated in accordance with the highest. The units that have enjoyed "one enterprise one policy" will not enjoy the same kind of support policies of this policy.
