Article 7 supports enterprises to increase investment in research and development.

Article VIII supports the protection of intellectual property rights.

Support enterprises to carry out patent navigation, intellectual property risk warning, intellectual property protection demonstration. Article IX Support for scientific and technological talents.

Article 10 Others.

Incentives for science and technology finance and services, industrial and technological innovation alliances, etc. shall be subject to the provisions of relevant special policies at the district level.

Article 11 In accordance with the principle of "non-repeated enjoyment", the same project or the same product in line with the district's multiple incentive categories, or where this approach is duplicated with other relevant documents or incentives for the Wansheng Economic Development Zone, only one category can be selected for declaration.

Chapter III Declaration and Recognition

Article 12 The District Science and Technology Department shall declare the projects or the same products that meet multiple incentive categories in the district. Eligible units shall declare within the specified time and submit the following materials:

(iii) Relevant recognition documents or certificates;

(iv) Enterprises providing tax credit rating of B and above;

(v) Provide enterprise credit report;

(vi) Other materials to be submitted.

Article XIII The District Science and Technology Bureau, based on the declaration of the preliminary examination, comments and reported to the District Management Committee agreed to the list of proposed incentives will be publicized for no less than seven working days. Chapter IV Incentive Funds and Supervision and Management

Article 14 The incentive funds required by these measures shall be included in the district budget and paid accordingly.

Article 16 If a unit fraudulently obtains the innovation incentive subsidy by improper means, it shall be withdrawn by the District Science and Technology Bureau with the consent of the District Management Committee, the allocated funds shall be recovered and announced to the society, and the qualification of applying for innovation incentives shall be suspended for 3 years from the date of withdrawal.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 17 The main body of the determination referred to in these Measures is the state administrative organs or other authorized organizations. Organizations.
