Article 1 supports the construction of a technological innovation and practice platform for vehicle, road and cloud integration. Article 2: Accelerate the development and upgrading of the standard system. To lead the development and release according to the provisions of the international standards in the field of intelligent networked vehicles, national standards, industry standards, Beijing local standards, group standards of enterprises, graded in order to give each standard is not higher than 500,000 yuan, 150,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan of one-time support for the amount of support for each enterprise each year up to 2 million yuan. Article 3 Encouragement of data application and element circulation and trading. Article 8 Support the construction of scientific and technological innovation platforms. Encourage intelligent networked automobile field national innovation center, national key laboratories and other national science and technology innovation platform around the national development strategy to carry out cutting-edge common technology research and development, to undertake the national, Beijing major science and technology projects to give financial support on the basis of merit, and the amount of support for each subject of up to 20 million yuan per year. Article IX build industrial innovation service platform. Provide low-cost and convenient R&D and production space for resident innovative enterprises, build a one-stop government service channel, assist enterprises in docking upstream and downstream resources of the industrial chain, and regularly organize industrial ecological activities such as project roadshows, investor salons, and industrial conferences. Set up an intelligent networked automobile industry venture capital fund to support the financing needs of enterprises at different stages of development. Actively assist enterprises in docking with banks, funds, securities, insurance, financial leasing, guarantee and other investment and financing institutions. Article 10 Increase talent services.  Support intelligent networked automobile related industries in the field of talent declaration also city talent identification, recognized talent innovation and entrepreneurship to provide resource elements system support and high-quality life service protection and implementation of special incentives. Under the premise of conforming to the relevant policies and regulations, priority is given to recommending key employers in the main body of the talent to apply for the introduction of talent and the Beijing Municipal Worker's Residence Permit. For qualified full-time fresh graduates, as well as returnees who have obtained degrees from foreign institutions, special support will be given to individuals who have been working in the key employing bodies in the Economic Development Zone for one year. This policy applies to all kinds of subjects who are engaged in the research and development, production and service of intelligent networked automobiles in the related fields (autopilot, intelligent parts and components, automotive chips, etc.) and have no record of major administrative penalties and criminal records in the recent three years, and have not been included in the list of subjects who have violated the law seriously and have lost their credibility. The main body of the list of serious violations of the letter of the main body of all kinds of subjects.

All the materials submitted by the declared subjects must be true, accurate and effective, and be kept for reference; accept and actively cooperate with the relevant departments of the urban areas to conduct random inspections from time to time (the proportion of random inspections is generally not less than 20%).

The same enterprise of the same project at the same time in line with other policy provisions of the open area, signed the "zone agreement" "economic development cooperation agreement" and other agreements, in accordance with the "preferential not to repeat" principle to be supported.

This policy is effective from the date of announcement until the end of 2027. During the implementation period, if the relevant policies of the State and Beijing Municipality and the Economic Development Zone are adjusted, these measures will be adjusted synchronously.
