In order to further promote the healthy development of wholesale and retail enterprises, benefiting the market main body, boosting the construction of Beijing's International Consumption Center City, and promoting the high-quality development of the capital's economy, the eligible enterprises will be given financial support. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

I. Scope of support

Wholesale, retail and catering enterprises registered in Beijing with independent legal personality.

Second, the conditions and standards of support

(a) wholesale enterprises

The annual main business income of 20 million yuan and above, and the annual sales growth rate in 2024 is higher than the city's average growth rate of wholesale and retail sales of wholesale enterprises to give incentives. 2024 annual wholesale amount of every 100 million yuan of growth in the maximum incentive of 40,000 yuan; the first quarter and the annual sales growth rate is higher than the city's average growth rate. Third, the reporting process

Fourth, the declaration materials

3. Relevant supporting materials such as the scale of enterprise's main business income and growth rate in 2024;

4. Credit report (on the "Credit China (Beijing)" website to check and download).

V. Work Requirements

(a) Ensure that the data is true, accurate and complete. Declaring enterprises shall not tamper with the information in the relevant statements without authorization. For those declaring units that forge or provide false materials, they shall not be supported and shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the "Measures for the Management of the List of Undesirable Credit Records in the Business Sector in Beijing (for Trial Implementation)", and the support funds they have obtained shall be returned to the Municipal Bureau of Commerce.

(B) good credit record.
