On September 20, Liu Changhe, Party Secretary of the Tonghe County People’s Government in Harbin, Jiang Hongbin, Deputy Party Secretary of the County Committee, and others visited the Beijing office of Guchuan United. Tonghe County is located in central Heilongjiang Province, at the southern foot of the Lesser Khingan Mountains and on the northern bank of the middle reaches of the Songhua River.The county spans 90 kilometers from east to west and 87 kilometers from north to south, covering a total area of 5,678 square kilometers. The Ha-Zhao Highway runs east-west across the county, while the Ji-Ne Highway runs north-south. The Songhua River Bridge connects to the Ha-Tong, Ha-Zhao, and Ha-Yi highways, making the county a major transportation hub in central Heilongjiang Province.

Tonghe County is endowed with exceptional energy resources. High-yield commercial oil flows have been discovered within its territory, with reserves exceeding 100 million tons, and the area has now entered the development evaluation phase.A 116-kilometer stretch within the county is an ideal site for wind farm development. Currently, cooperation agreements have been signed with domestic wind power groups such as Guohua, Huaneng, and Longyuan, as well as the U.S.-based Sulmag Group. Additionally, Tonghe County is committed to building the brand of its local hazelnut industry, strengthening the talent pool for under-forest industries, and leveraging talent development to drive rural revitalization, with the goal of becoming the nation’s leading county for large-fruit hazelnuts.

During the symposium, leaders from Tonghe County, Harbin, gained a detailed understanding of GuChuan United’s investment promotion and cooperation models, and provided a comprehensive overview of Tonghe County’s specific conditions.Xia Chenyao, Deputy General Manager of Guchuan Lianxing’s Beijing office, noted that as a key transportation hub in central Heilongjiang Province, Tonghe County possesses abundant energy and agricultural resources, giving it unique advantages for development.
