4. For enterprises that have won the patent gold, silver and excellence awards assessed by the State Intellectual Property Office, a one-time award of 300,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan will be given to them respectively; for enterprises that have won the patent gold, silver and excellence awards assessed by the Provincial Intellectual Property Office, a one-time award of 100,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan will be given to them respectively.
5. For enterprises that have financed 2 million yuan and above by way of patent right pledge loan, filed in the intellectual property management department and have settled the principal and interest of the loan, the subsidy will be given at the rate of 25% of the total amount of the interest paid and the assessment fee, and the maximum reward for a single enterprise will not exceed 100,000 yuan; for enterprises that have financed 2 million yuan and above by way of trademark right pledge loan, filed in the intellectual property management department and have settled the principal and interest of the loan, the maximum reward for a single enterprise will not exceed 100,000 yuan. For the enterprises that have financed 2 million yuan or more by way of trademark right pledge loan, and have settled the principal and interest of the loan, 10% of the total amount of interest and assessment fee paid will be given as subsidy, and the maximum reward for a single enterprise shall not be more than 50,000 yuan. The above two individual enterprises in the same year will not be repeated to enjoy the incentives.
6. Encourage intellectual property rights holders to take the initiative to defend their rights, the rights to defend the end and won the case, according to the actual litigation costs and agency fees of 10% of the grant. Subsidized amount of domestic rights not more than 20,000 yuan, not more than 100,000 yuan of foreign lawsuits. The accused infringer should be infringing judicial proceedings, that infringement is not established, according to the actual litigation costs and agency fees of 10% of the funding. Subsidized amount of domestic litigation does not exceed 20,000 yuan, foreign litigation does not exceed 100,000 yuan.
7. Organize enterprises to carry out high-quality intellectual property creation, application and protection of cultivation projects. Enterprises take the initiative to implement defective product recall, and above the provincial level recall website announcement, the enterprise annual recall of the same batch of products for each 10,000 yuan subsidies, the maximum annual subsidy for a single enterprise does not exceed 50,000 yuan.
