Chapter I General

Chapter II Implementation principles

Article 5 Sporadic works are generally implemented by commissioning, competitive consultation, competitive negotiation, and single-source procurement. The unit undertaking the task of piecemeal works shall have the appropriate qualifications and capabilities.

Article VI In addition to the commissioning mode of implementation, sporadic works procurement information shall be published in a timely manner in the media designated by the government procurement supervision department to the community (except for confidential information). In general, it should also be announced on the Xuancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone government website.

Article 7 Sporadic projects to Xuancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee as the project investment corporation, in principle, authorized the Construction Bureau on behalf of the performance of the duties of the construction unit responsible for the implementation of the project organization. Chapter III Implementation process

Chapter IV Service unit management

Article XI sporadic engineering contract management, strict service period assessment and evaluation.
