Tsinghua Science and Technology Innovation Base Tsinghua Science and Technology Innovation Platform Tsinghua Science and Technology Innovation Base is deployed in Ningbo Qianwan New District. The project has a site area of 116 acres and a planned gross floor area of about 180,000 square meters. It is proposed to build a full technology park product chain integrating high-end enterprise headquarters office, technology business incubator, crowdsource space and dual-creation community.
