Chaoxia Street, belonging to Baodi District of Tianjin, is located in the northwest of Baodi District, bordered by Huogezhuang Town in the east, Baoping Street in the south, Shigezhuang and Niudaokou Towns in the west, Niudaokou Town in the north, and Jizhou District in the north across the river, with an area of 47 square kilometers.In 2015, Chaoxia Street had a total population of 40,900 people. In 1953, Sanqokou and other townships were set up; in 2001, the townships were abolished and merged, Gaojiazhuang Township and Sanqokou Township were merged into Gaojiazhuang Township; in December 2013, Gaojiazhuang Township was abolished and changed into Chaoxia Street. As of June 2020, there are 48 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Chaoxia Street, and the street office is located in Gaojiazhuang Village. In 2014, Chaoxia Street realized a gross regional product of 1.86 billion yuan, and the investment in fixed assets of the whole society was 50.5 million yuan.
