Xiaying Town, belonging to Jizhou District of Tianjin, is located in the north of Jizhou District, bordering Qingsongling Town of Xinglong County of Hebei Province in the east, neighboring Sungezhuang Manchu Township, Mashanqiao Township, Duanfangyu Township, and Luozhuangzi Township in the south, adjoining Jinkaihu Township of Pinggu District of Beijing in the west, and Qingsongling Township of Xinglong County of Hebei Province in the north, and is 16 km away from the downtown area of Jizhou, with a total area of 145.21 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Xiaying Township had a household population of 21,055. In 1953, Xiaying Township was established; in 1990, it was changed from Xiaying Township to Xiaying Town. As of June 2020, Xiaying Township has 35 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township's people's government is based in Xiaying Village.
