Jan (juàn) City County, belonging to Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in southwestern Shandong Province, east of Yuncheng County, northwest of the two across the Yellow River and Puyang City, Henan Province Puyang County, Fan County, adjacent to the south of the Mudan District.
