The Xinhe Small, Medium, and Micro High-End Chemical Industry Park is being jointly developed by Pingdu Holding Group and the Nanjing Qingyan New Materials Research Institute of Tsinghua University. Leveraging the institute’s platforms for new materials R&D, pilot testing, and industrialization, the project fully capitalizes on its disciplinary strengths and integrates the innovative resources of the Applied Technology Center at the Shenzhen Tsinghua University Research Institute in the field of polymer new materials. With a market- and industrialization-oriented approach, the park focuses on new materials sectors where domestic technology remains underdeveloped or relatively weak, particularly in the fields of electronics and electrical engineering, aerospace, military and defense, and transportation.The park plans to attract specialized, high-precision, unique, and innovative fine chemical projects that serve as import substitutes, support exports, or address urgent domestic shortages. These projects primarily target multiple industries, including high-end chemicals, new chemical materials, polymer materials, and innovative pharmaceuticals. The park aims to provide a technology commercialization platform that offers R&D, production, and office space, as well as financial, policy, and scientific research support to specialized, high-precision, unique, and innovative chemical enterprises.
