Shuiwan Town, belonging to Wudi County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the northern part of Wudi County, bordering Shejiaxiang Town in the east, neighboring Difeng Street in the south, Xinyang Township in the west, and Chewang Township and Liubao Township in the north. The area covers 142.67 square kilometers. As of the end of 2018, Shuwan Township had a household population of 58,559.
In September 1958, Hongqi Commune was established, and in December of the same year, it was renamed Shuiwan Commune.In May 1984, it was changed to Shuiwan Township.In February 1997, Pangji Township was incorporated. As of June 2020, Shuiwan Township has 82 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
