The Committee of Penglai District of Yantai City of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is the leading organ of the CPC established in Penglai District of Yantai City, and is the representative organ of the CPC within the boundaries of Penglai District of Yantai City; it is authorized by the CPC Shandong Provincial Party Committee to lead the work in the district, and each term of office is five years. The Standing Committee of the First Session of the Communist Party of China in Penglai District, Yantai City, consists of 11 comrades: Lin Yutao, Wang Changgang, Huang Mingli, Xu Zhong, Gao Haiqiang, Hu Yanjing, Tian Wenliang, Cheng Jianjun, Wang Jie, Zhu Jie, Zheng Jinyan, and Zhang Xiaoting. Among them, Comrade Lin Yutao was elected Secretary of the First Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in Penglai District, Yantai City, and Comrades Wang Changgang and Huang Mingli were elected Deputy Secretary of the First Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in Penglai District, Yantai City.
