The Guang'an High-Tech Zone is located in Linshui County. The Bao-Mao Expressway and Hu-Rong Expressway intersect in a cross-shaped configuration within the High-Tech Zone, while National Highway 210 runs north-south and National Highway 350 runs east-west, making it a major highway transportation hub for Sichuan, Shaanxi, Chongqing, and Hubei. It is 75 kilometers from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, 76 kilometers from Longtousi Railway Station, and 80 kilometers from Cuntan Bonded Port Area. Supporting facilities are well-developed.Located in the southern part of the county seat, the High-Tech Zone is separated from the county town by a single road, achieving seamless integration between industry and urban life. It features comprehensive supporting facilities for both production and daily living. Two new sewage treatment plants and two specialized vocational schools have been constructed, and essential production resources such as water, electricity, and gas are fully available. The framework of a 20-square-kilometer park with an output value of 100 billion yuan has been fully established. The area boasts prominent competitive industries. It has established a “3+1” industrial system centered on industrial clusters in equipment manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection, and electronic information, with the digital economy serving as a new business model.The equipment manufacturing sector includes 28 Tier 1 automotive suppliers such as Beijing Hyundai, Changan Ford, Geely Volvo, and Changan, forming a complete industrial chain for automotive interior and exterior components, transmission systems, braking systems, and automotive electronic systems. The energy conservation and environmental protection sector, represented by the Hangjia Hanyu New Building Materials Park, has established a complete industrial chain for prefabricated construction, spanning from raw material production to construction. The electronic information sector focuses on automotive electronics and communications electronics.The region possesses strong innovation capabilities. It has established strategic partnerships with institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the School of Mechanical Engineering at Tsinghua University, the Tsinghua University Suzhou Automotive Research Institute, Chongqing University, and Tongji University. Currently, the region is home to 21 National High-Tech Enterprises, 1 National Laboratory, 3 Academician Workstations, 1 Provincial Engineering Technology Center, 7 Provincial Technology Centers, 1 Provincial Science and Technology Incubator, and 16 Municipal Technology Centers.
