Wenfeng Town, belonging to Jishui County, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, is situated on the east bank of the Gan River, in the north of the Jitai Basin, connected with Wujiang Town and Dingjiang Town in the east, Tianyu Town and Futan Town in Qingyuan District in the south, and Jintan Town and Zhangshan Town in Jizhou District in the west, across the Gan River, and neighboring to Mashiqiao Town in the north. Jurisdiction area of 217.37 square kilometers, under the jurisdiction of 16 communities, 12 administrative villages. 2020 end, Wenfeng Town area has a household population of 128,791 people. Wenfeng Town is the political, economic and cultural center of Jishui County, and is the resident of Jishui County Government.
