The Peinan Industrial Park in Zhangzhuang Town is located in the northern part of the town, adjacent to Provincial Highway S253, offering extremely convenient transportation access. The park’s roads—Industrial Road 1, Industrial Road 2, and Industrial Road 3—connect directly to S253. The Peinan Industrial Park has a planned area of 1.92 square kilometers, with 1.8 square kilometers currently developed. Its infrastructure meets the “seven utilities and one leveling” standard.The park’s road network is designed in a “four vertical, five horizontal” layout with a total length of 12 kilometers. Through development over the past two years, infrastructure facilities—including Industrial Road 1, Industrial Road 2, Industrial Road 3, Min’an Road, and Minfu Road, as well as stormwater and sewage networks, power and telecommunications lines, a 110 kV substation, landscaping, natural gas pipelines, and a secondary full-time fire station—have been fully completed.
