Weibin District, belonging to Xinxiang City, Henan Province, is located in the southwestern part of Xinxiang City, between 113°78′-113°89′E longitude and 35°22′-35°32′N latitude, bordered by Wei River in the north and Muoye District of Xinxiang City, and bordered by the centerline from Shengli Road to Chemical Road to Heping Road in the east and Hongqi District of Xinxiang City in the west and south, bordered by the natural boundary of Pingyuan Town under the jurisdiction and Xinxiang County, with a total area of about 52 square kilometers.
