Suicheng Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Xushui District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the western part of Xushui District, 5 km east of the county seat, bordering Ansu Town to the east, Zhengcun Town to the south, Dawangdian Town to the west, and GaoLinCun Town to the north. The maximum distance between east and west of the jurisdiction is 13.75 km, and the maximum distance between north and south is 10.9 km, with a total area of 67.9 square kilometers.At the end of 2018, Suicheng Town had a total household population of 53,672. Suicheng Town was founded in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States period, is the earliest civilized ancient town in the history of Xushui District, the ancient name of Wusui, Suizhou, Hero City.In September 1958, the Suicheng People's Commune was established.In February 1984, it was reconstructed as Suicheng Town.
