The Shenzhen-Chaozhou Industrial Relocation Cooperation Park operates under a "joint consultation, joint construction, joint management, and joint sharing" model, with Shenzhen responsible for development, construction, operations, and investment promotion, while Chaozhou is responsible for land supply, social management, and supporting services.Enterprises within the park can benefit from both Shenzhen’s industrial policies and those of the national, provincial, and Chaozhou municipal governments. Focusing on six key industrial sectors—specialty foods, electronic information, new materials, new energy, smart bathroom fixtures, and medical devices—the park will leverage the complementary strengths of Shenzhen and Chaozhou to establish a collaborative industrial division of labor characterized by “Shenzhen R&D + Chaozhou production,” thereby attracting high-quality domestic and international enterprises to invest and establish operations.
