The Fujian Liancheng Industrial Park, also known as the Lianguan Industrial Park, is a provincial-level demonstration base for industrial park development. It is located west of Liancheng County’s urban center, 2 kilometers from the city center, 1 kilometer from the Jianwen Provincial Highway, 3 kilometers from Liancheng (Guanzhishan) Airport, and 26 kilometers from Guanzhishan Station on the Longgan Railway.The park boasts significant transportation and locational advantages. A multi-modal transportation network centered on civil aviation, rail transport, and expressways provides an excellent platform for the park’s development and growth.
Developed and constructed according to the principles of “scientific layout and standardized construction; diversified financing and corporate-style operation; diversified investment promotion, property management, and socialized services,” the park is an eco-friendly industrial zone integrating industry, commerce, and residential areas.The park features flat terrain and expansive views, with a total planned area of 10.5 square kilometers. Currently, the first phase of development covering 2.06 square kilometers has been completed, including the “six utilities and one site preparation” infrastructure—roads, water supply, power supply, telecommunications, drainage, sewage disposal, and land leveling.
