Huwei Township is located in the southwestern part of Fengdu County, Chongqing Municipality, 13 kilometers away from the county town, bordering with Shetan Township, Longkong Township and Gaojia Township. There are 17 village committees and 67 village groups in the township, with a total population of 26,000 and a total area of 72.7 square kilometers, of which 13,094 acres are cultivated land and 13,780 acres are paddy land.
