Badaling Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Yanqing District, Beijing, is located in the southeastern part of Yanqing District, between longitude 115°54′12″~116°04′02″E and latitude 40°15′52″~40°23′54″N. It is adjacent to Danyushu Township in the east and the northern border of Changping District in the south. It is adjacent to Dayushu Town in the east, Changping District in the south, Huailai County in the southwest and Kangzhuang Town in the west. The town area is 99.6 square kilometers. Ming Yongle eleven years (1413), Longqing Prefecture ruled the four corners of the first ten miles of the six Tuns, after ten miles of nine Tuns, forked Tuns for the latter ten miles. In October 1972, Xiduizi People's Commune was re-established.In 1983, the commune was changed to a township.In October 1993, Xiduizi Township was changed to Badaling Township. As of the end of 2018, Badaling Township had a household population of 8,572. As of June 2020, Badaling Township has 1 community and 15 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township government located in Xiduizi Village. In 2011, there were 2 industrial enterprises in Badaling Town, with a total industrial output value of 48.64 million yuan.
