Xingcheng Street, a street under the jurisdiction of Fangshan District, Beijing, is located between longitude 116°02′54″~116°03′52″ East and latitude 39°42′18″~39°43′51″ North. Located in the eastern part of Fangshan District, it is adjacent to Nanliyuan Village of Yanchun Town in the east, connected with Kaiguzhuang Village of Yanchun Town in the south, neighboring Xifen Village of Yanchun Town in the west, and bordering with Dadong Village of Yanchun Town in the north. The total area of jurisdiction is 0.8 square kilometers. Xingcheng Street was named after the construction unit, Yanshan Petrochemical Company, which positioned the nature of the construction as a satellite city of the capital, and was created in 1996 as part of the Yanshan Office of Fangshan District. As of the end of 2011, the resident population of Xingcheng Street was 22,832. As of 2019, Xingcheng Street is under the jurisdiction of seven communities, the office is located in the fifth community of Xingcheng Street, No. 4, Jiande Middle Road. In 2011, Singcheng Street had total social merchandise sales of 80.62 million yuan, 250 commercial outlets and 1,000 employees.
