Huaibei City, also known as Xiangcheng, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province, located in the northern part of Anhui Province, with the terrain tilting slightly from northwest to southeast, and belonging to the warm-temperate semi-humid monsoon climate zone, with a total area of 2,741 square kilometers. As of October 2022, the city has three districts and one county under its jurisdiction. As of the end of 2022, Huaibei City had a resident population of 1.95 million.
